Things are in full-swing these days at the Compliment Design Studio!  We've been all set up for a little over a month and I could not feel more grateful.  Walking in to a space devoted to creating is amazing.  It's expansive.  I feel like all things are possible.

Ah, the power of social media.  Kendra Pearce and I first met via Instagram, of all things.  She liked my pictures, I liked her pictures, and bam.  We became pals.  So 21st century.  What's amazing is that even through the ethers, I found that Kendra's philosophies and my own were very much in sync.  She is the shop owner and stylist at Taim Boutique in Laguna Beach, California. I had the pleasure, just a few weeks ago, to finally make the trek down the coast to visit the little renovated beach house-turned-boutique.  It's stunning.

I wanted to share a truly inspirational story with you this week.  My childhood friend, Karen, recently ordered three of our raspberry rings--one each for two of her friends, and one for herself.    

Around here, first week of every month is typically dedicated to the Compliment Soul Care Series.  I have an awesome woman to introduce you all to and lots of her inspiration to share, but I'm going to wait a couple days on that to write a little about my own Soul Care this week.
