- each piece is hand-crafted upon receipt of payment. please allow 1-2 weeks for the creation of your custom jewelry. please remember, each piece is hand-made and variations in bead size, shape, color, and placement are to be expected. If you have crucial specifications, please let us know immediately upon purchase.
- we can't refund payments on custom orders, but we want you to be happy. please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll see what we can do. if the error occurs on our end, we are happy to refund your shipping fees.
- you can return any non-custom piece for store credit, minus shipping costs your non-custom piece must be in its original condition and returned to us within 30 days of its purchase date. please email us at email@example.com to initiate your return.
- resizing for rings is available by purchasing our re-sizing option for $7.99, listed under our "ring" section on the website. fee includes time and materials to resize design and shipping back to you.
- if your jewelry is unwearable for whatever reason after the 30 days, but you have the pieces, you can ship it back to us and we will fix it for a fee depending on what needs to be done to make it wearable again. however, severely tarnished metal leads to broken wire (especially in rings) and is a sign of negligent care (see our care suggestions within each package and on our FAQ page). unfortunately we cannot accept returns or fixes on jewelry in these cases. if you'd like to replace it, we are happy to make a new one at the listed cost on the website. contact Melissa at firstname.lastname@example.org to figure out the details.
- compliment respects the privacy of all our customers. no information about our customers will be shared with any third party except in the case of shipping carriers that will deliver purchases.
coupons and discounts
- coupons may not be combined and may not apply to any sale items unless otherwise explicitly stated.
- we take visa, mastercard, discover, amex, and paypal for payment.
- we ship via US postal service, however rush orders are available. Please contact email@example.com if you have questions or concerns about your shipment. Because each piece is custom-made, by hand when you order, we ask that you allow 10 business days for creation and shipping. (although, we don't usually take that long.)
- wholesale accounts are available with a valid resale license. a minimum number of pieces is required. email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
