Blog — inspiration

Allow me set the stage: I'm am currently struggling with something I think we all can relate to... I allow so many interruptions in the flow of my day that what should take me one hour to complete, ends up taking me three. Instead of focusing on the task at hand, I start on another project, then see a text, then hop from app to app, liking pictures on Instagram, checking Facebook, scrolling through Pinterest, checking emails.

If you've been following this blog for a while, you'll know that I try to operate my life from an abundance mentality. It's a conscious and daily effort. It is actually, in clearer terms, the faith that the world is full of goodness and that there is plenty of it for all of us. This goodness may manifest in our lives as peace or health or wealth or joy or love. If we are able to slow down enough to be mindful of the good things around us, the idea is that we will see more good things.

  Meet Suzi Istvan Suzi Istvan is a digital goddess.  She designs websites and creates spaces online with elegance, simplicity, and beauty.  She helps entrepreneurs achieve their dreams by showing them how to run their online businesses in a more social way. I met this lovely lady through a business class in which we were both enrolled.  Her presence in our online community was huge. I was asked recently in an interview about what inspires me. The first thing that popped into my head was WORDS! Words, you say?  Not something cooler like nature or old Hollywood? Eh, nope. Words.
