It's easy to forget just how BIG our impact can be.   When we are tempted to play small and reside with the notion that "I'm just one person..." or "no one's actually listening..." or "does this even matter?", let's encourage each other to rise up.   Answer the call.   Be the change.   Take action.   The world is better because of you.   Go shine your light.
