I have been wanting to burst at the seams with excitement for the last couple weeks! Since I founded Compliment in 2011, it has been my goal to give back in a significant way to young women in my community.  I am overcome with joy because today, I shout from the rooftops, that we are awarding two $350 cash awards (plus $100 in additional prizes) to two beautiful and talented local ladies from the Class of 2013.  First, I rounded up a group of amazing Sacramento women who own their own businesses and are making an impact on our community....

I love summer.   No, scratch that. I LOOOOOOOOOOOVE SUMMER!   The sun, the water, the beach... just, yes.  As a teacher, I treasure the time to take a breath and relax before the hustle and bustle of school starts up again.  Yes, summer is where it's at.
